Job summary

Sound Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller / Member Service Representative at the Pac Ave Branch to serve members with transactions, inquiries, and relationship-building. The role includes a structured progression plan with on-the-job training and salary increases.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma, and a willingness to pursue related certifications.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a customer service position.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency per WA State Law.

Responsibilities

• Assist our members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.
