Job summary

Sound Credit Union's Downtown Tacoma Branch is seeking a Teller / Member Service Representative to assist members with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service.

Requirements include one year of customer service experience, cash handling and retail sales preferred, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and being bondable.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a customer service position required.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.
