Kohler Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Teller/Member Service Representative for the Saukville Branch. No banking experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Starting pay ranges from $19.15 to $21.40 per hour with benefits and ongoing development opportunities. In this role you will handle routine transactions, answer questions, and introduce digital banking tools to members, while delivering welcoming, personalized service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.
