Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Grafton Branch. If you enjoy helping people and delivering outstanding service, this role offers training and growth, with a starting pay of $19.15–$21.40 per hour.

No banking experience is required, and the benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with financial transactions, answer account questions, introduce digital banking tools, and connect members with financial products and services that support their goals.
• Deliver welcoming, personalized service to members at Kohler Credit Union's Grafton Branch.
