Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort with computers and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with banking transactions and account questions.
• Introduce and explain digital banking tools to members.
• Deliver welcoming, personalized service and build relationships.
• Support daily branch operations at West Bend Meijer Branch.
