Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support to members in person, on the phone, and via email.

• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and credit union solutions.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns while maintaining confidentiality and following policies.
• Support branch goals by delivering an exceptional member experience and collaborating with colleagues.
