Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Teller at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, and no prior experience is required. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in a customer-focused role.

As part of the team, you will develop customer service, cash-handling, and financial services skills while delivering exceptional service and building member relationships in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer service and build strong member relationships.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions.
• Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Learn member needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services.
• Answer questions and assist members with banking needs.
• Address member concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, exceptional service.
• Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures.
