Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service or sales preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and service-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort using computers and digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
