Job summary

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative for our Grafton Branch. If you have experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail, you can transfer your skills into banking.

Starting pay is $19.15-$21.40 per hour with comprehensive training and benefits. You will assist members with daily transactions, answer questions, and introduce digital banking tools while delivering welcoming service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, customer service, sales, guest relations, banking or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Comfort using computers, digital tools, and customer service systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Genuine interest in helping people, building relationships, and learning about financial products and services.
