The ideal candidate will supervise 12 tellers, manage cash handling, and drive operational excellence across the banking center while embracing new products and technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bank Teller Manager or similar leadership role in a banking environment.
• Extensive knowledge of teller operations, banking regulations, and security procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and related banking technology preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily teller operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate 12 tellers to meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee ITM transactions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper usage and maintenance of ITM systems.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with banking policies and security protocols.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in implementing new banking products, services, and technology enhancements.
• Support banking centers in achieving operational goals.
