The First National Bank of Central Texas is seeking a Teller Supervisor for our China Spring, Texas location. This full-time role focuses on leading the teller team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee the teller line, provide training, monitor accuracy, and address escalated customer and operational issues in line with the bank's mission and principles. In-person work is required.

• Supervisory experience.
• Bank experience (a plus, but not required).
