Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including cash deposits/withdrawals and loan payments.
• Assist members in person and by phone, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Balance cash and support vault duties, with daily reports and reconciliations.
• Promote branch campaigns and cross-sell opportunities to enhance relationships.
