ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller II to assist members with financial needs in person and by phone, following service standards. You will handle cash, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while promoting branch promotions and campaigns.

The role requires at least 1 year in cash handling or teller work, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year teller experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Processes member financial transactions, including cash deposits/withdrawals and loans questions.
• Maintains cash vault balance and branch cash equipment and replenishment.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers members to appropriate personnel.
• Assists with online banking setup and log-in support for members.
• Supports balancing daily branch reports and vault operations.
