Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Teller II to support members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related transactions. The role emphasizes delivering member delight, addressing questions, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell services.

The position requires at least 18 months of teller experience or a blend of retail banking operations and cash handling, with strict adherence to credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 18 months of banking teller experience or combination of 12 months Retail Banking Operations plus 6 months cash handling or customer service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of teller transactions including relevant regulations and compliance activities.
• Working knowledge of credit union products, services, documents, reports, policies and procedures.
• Able to pass all required compliance exams.
• Good performance history with no disqualifying actions in past six months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Experience using the Symitar Data system or similar banking system.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, etc.).
• Provide timely, courteous service and address member inquiries.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and refer to appropriate partners.
• Balance daily work and related documents; assist with ATM balancing when needed.
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail; escalate complex issues.
