Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes TD's Brand promise by delivering a Legendary Customer experience in the Store.
• Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments.
• Balances cash drawers, ATMs and other devices with a high level of accuracy.
• Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures.
• Engages in lobby leadership by guiding customer flow and welcoming customers.
• Educates customers on TD's products and services or refers to a partner for solutions.
