Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with concise and clear delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and ATMs; verify currency and perform night deposits.
• Educate customers on TD products and refer to specialists when needed.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns using standard procedures.
• Support lobby leadership and mentor new tellers.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
