Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer and verify currency; handle night deposits as needed.
• Assist customers with TD products and digital solutions; educate on self-service options.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns; escalate when needed.
• Lead lobby flow, greet customers, and guide them to appropriate services.
• Train and mentor new tellers; support store leadership with daily duties.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
• Verify customer identities and maintain confidentiality of information.
