Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawer and ATMs; manage cash transactions and night deposits.
• Educate customers on TD products and digital options; refer to partners as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues per standard procedures; escalate when necessary.
• Assist Store leadership with daily duties and mentor new tellers.
