Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of teller experience preferred with a satisfactory balancing record.
• Basic math skills; familiarity with keyboard/PC; customer/member service; data entry.
• Must have a valid driver's license for coverage of retail branches.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks.
• Develop new business by identifying member needs and referring to appropriate CU partners.
• Assist in training new Tellers and opening/closing the branch.
• Balance cash drawer and secure vault; ensure prompt, professional member interactions.
• Support in night depository, ATM balancing, and adherence to Bank Secrecy Act.
