Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and on the phone.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador delivering consistent relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and strengthen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to improve convenience and financial well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and schedules appointments for account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity and a long-term perspective.
