First National Bank Alaska invites you to join the South Center Branch as a Universal Teller I. This role emphasizes delivering prompt, friendly customer service and accurate cash handling while following bank policies and procedures.

You will balance cash drawers, process routine transactions, and promote bank products to meet customer needs. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturdays.

Competenze

• Minimum: 6 months Teller experience; or one year customer service and 6 months cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of personal computer operation and ability to keyboard 35 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator.

• Provides consistent, exceptional service enhancing customer interactions and branch experience.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of consumer products and services and cross-sell opportunities.
• Processes financial transactions accurately following established procedures.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and cash recyclers/ATMs.
