Enterprise Bank & Trust is hiring a Teller I to provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to clients. You will process a variety of transactions, assist with account maintenance, educate customers on banking tech, and support branch goals while adhering to policies and regulations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong math, and excellent communication skills; experience with cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining balance.
• Respond to clients’ needs and inquiries courteously.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks as trained.
• Refer customers to internal experts for financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on bank technology like mobile and online banking.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch per security procedures.
• Support branch team in achieving daily goals.
