Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy.
• Respond to client inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks as needed.
• Refer customers to internal experts for financial goals.
• Educate clients on mobile/online banking, ATM, ITM.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch.
• Maintain safe and compliant banking practices.
