Enterprise Bank & Trust in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Teller I to deliver prompt, friendly service while processing transactions and assisting customers with account needs. The role involves cash handling, basic maintenance tasks, and guiding clients to additional financial solutions.

You will educate customers on mobile and online banking tools and support bank objectives. The position emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced branch

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly services to clients.
• Processes debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Responds to client inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Performs minor account maintenance tasks (address changes, debit card maintenance, check ordering).
• Refers customers to internal experts for further financial goals.
• Educates clients on bank technology (mobile/online banking, ATM, ITM).
• Assists branch and teammates in achieving goals and daily tasks.
• Ensures safe and sound banking practices and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in opening and closing the branch per corporate procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
