Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and deliver prompt, accurate service for routine banking transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, loan payments, and coin handling.
• Balance cash drawer, assist with ATM balancing, and follow security procedures.
• Verify account details and refer appropriate banking products and services.
• Follow bank policies, regulatory requirements, and report suspicious activity.
• Handle Card@Once tasks for debit cards and keep equipment secure.
