Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Maintain cash levels and ensure cash security.
• Balance cash drawer daily and manage over/short appropriately.
• Assist clients with online/mobile banking enrollment and inquiries.
• Identify client needs and refer to internal specialists as needed.
• Educate clients on bank technology and services.
• Support branch, meet goals, and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow all applicable laws and bank procedures to ensure safe operations.
