Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• One year of cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining balance records.
• Respond to clients' needs in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Perform routine account maintenance such as address changes and card maintenance.
• Refer customers to internal experts when goals and needs are identified.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking, ATM and ITM.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch and support daily tasks.
