Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in compliance with policies
• Respond to clients' needs in a courteous and friendly manner
• Perform minor account maintenance tasks as trained
• Refer customers to internal experts when financial goals exist
• Educate clients on bank technology (mobile/online banking, ATM/ITM)
• Assist in opening and closing the branch and support daily tasks
• Ensure safe banking practices and regulatory compliance
• Travel to other locations as necessary for branch coverage
