Responsibilities

• Process loan payments and issue receipts.
• Assist with night depository and vault duties.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to staff for new services.
• Maintain security of branch personnel and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Answer phones and route calls.
• Process address changes and orders.
• Prepare and verify shipments of currency.
