Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Delivers extraordinary service during every member interaction, helping position the Credit Union as the most trusted financial institution in the communities we serve.
• Performs transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to established policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Processes cash advances, travelers’ checks, cashiers’ checks, money orders, government bonds, and similar transactions.
• Disburses cash or check share withdrawals in person, by telephone, or by mail.
• Processes transfers.
• Opens and closes computer terminal accounts daily; balances at end of day.
