Capital Credit Union is seeking a Teller to assist members in person, at drive‑ups, or by telephone, handling routine transactions with accuracy and a friendly, sales‑oriented approach.

You will balance cash drawers, promote Credit Union products, and support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and back‑office tasks, while maintaining compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading comprehension demonstrated in handling transactions.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to cross-sell Credit Union services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person, via drive‑ups, or by phone; process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Handle special member requests: account research, stop payments, ACH, payroll deduction, wires, and safe deposit boxes.
• Promote Credit Union products and services; refer members to specialists when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies; follow balancing policies.
