Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience in-person at the branch.
• Perform teller duties accurately and efficiently.

• Refer customers to bankers for financial wellness discussions.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work Saturdays as directed.
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
