Job summary

KeyBank in the Albany area is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Teller who delivers excellent in‑person service, greets clients, and handles everyday account transactions and servicing needs while identifying opportunities to support financial wellness for individuals and local businesses.

As part of a collaborative branch team, you will balance cash drawers, follow security and compliance procedures, stay informed about banking products, and guide clients toward appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with teller transactions and servicing needs in person.
• Identifies and resolves client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Proactively guides clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Follows compliance, audit and security procedures and balances cash drawer.
• Works Saturdays as directed by management.
• Maintains knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
