Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role.

• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person client service at the branch, processing transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and refer to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records according to procedures.
• Attend in-person team huddles and follow security and compliance guidelines.
• Potentially work Saturdays as directed by management.
