Job summary

• Experience in a client service role (required).
• Exhibits strong sales and service skills, presenting products and services while educating clients on accessing channels.
• Excellent time management and high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and assists clients with account transactions and servicing needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals and transition to bankers for deeper wellness conversations.
• Follow compliance and security procedures and balance cash drawer within guidelines.
• Work on Saturdays as directed.
