Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller to provide in-person client service at a branch in New York. You will greet clients, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with servicing needs while guiding customers to bankers for deeper financial discussions.

This role requires accuracy in cash handling, strong integrity, and adherence to banking procedures. Includes Saturday work and teamwork in a friendly branch environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role required.
• Experience in cash handling required.
• Basic PC knowledge and calculator usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person teller services and handle transactions accurately.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer to a Banker.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; comply with policies.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
