Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Teller to deliver outstanding in-branch client service at our Newburgh, NY location. You will handle account transactions, service needs, and identify opportunities to transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.

You will work in a hands-on, compliant environment, balancing cash drawers, following procedures, and supporting teammates in daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• Knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.
• Notary license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively work to identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, and then appropriately transition the client(s) to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives through the use of financial wellness tools.
