Job summary

Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash drawers daily, and adhering to bank policies, BSA/AML regulations, and attendance requirements. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good listening, judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prompt and reliable attendance.
• Able to work Saturdays and travel to nearby offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Build, retain, and expand customer relationships by recommending and referring products and services.
• Assist customers with digital banking services and recommend convenient banking options.
• Participate in branch initiatives and community involvement to develop new business.

• Follow all branch procedures and regulatory requirements.
