Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Teller to join our frontline team in Upstate New York. You will process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other routine transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

As part of Retail Banking, you’ll educate customers on digital tools, support branch operations, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service while adhering to security and compliance standards. 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel to nearby branches as needed for staffing support.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact and process routine financial transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and follow security procedures.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for more complex needs.
• Support branch operations and travel to assist across locations as needed.
