Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with funds verification.
• Provide accurate, friendly service and educate customers on digital banking tools.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines and protect customer information.
• Assist with branch operations and guide customers to appropriate team.
• Answer calls and refer complex issues to appropriate team members.
