Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds availability.
• Engage customers to understand needs and direct to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Support lobby operations and guide customers to the right service area; respond to inquiries by phone and in person.
