Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Teller to join our branch teams across Upstate New York and beyond. You will deliver a welcoming, accurate service, process deposits, withdrawals, and checks, and maintain cash accuracy.

You will educate customers on digital tools, refer complex needs to specialists, uphold security and privacy, and support branch operations while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or banking preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer within established guidelines.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer complex needs to specialists and support branch operations.
