Job summary

Northwest is seeking a Teller to join our Lancaster branch. You’ll welcome customers, process transactions accurately, resolve issues, and educate clients about products and digital services. You’ll balance drawers daily and participate in team meetings while delivering the Northwest star experience.

This role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. High school diploma preferred; banking or retail background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in vault/ATM operations as needed.
• Identify referral opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Resolve customer questions and issues or escalate as appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, security procedures, and digital offerings.
