Under supervision of Branch Manager, you will deepen client relationships by identifying needs and offering bank products, while learning bank policies and staying compliant. This onsite role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and confidentially: deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and handle night drop deposits with care and accuracy.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through proactive service.
