Job summary

Columbia Bank in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Teller to be the first point of contact for clients, performing transactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality. You will build relationships, identify needs, offer banking products, and support daily branch operations.

A high school diploma and 1 year of banking or customer service experience are preferred; bilingual applicants encouraged. The role is onsite with an hourly pay range of $18.00–$20.00, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate bank products/services; maintain client relationships.
