Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Teller to serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling deposits, withdrawals and daily transactions with accuracy and confidentiality under Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Under supervision of the Branch Manager, you will build relationships, understand client needs, and refer basic bank products through the appropriate business partner.

A high school diploma and 1 year of banking or customer service experience are preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Interact with clients and resolve questions in alignment with service standards.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding cash and maintaining drawer integrity.
• Support referrals by identifying client needs and directing to the appropriate partner.
