Position Title: TELLER-CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Hours: Full Time / 1-3 Saturdays per month

Essential Duties:
- Perform basic Teller and Customer Service duties.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally; assist customers, transfer calls, or take messages as needed.
- Balance each day's transactions and verify cash totals.
- Open all types of consumer and business accounts.
- Possess thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service.
- Explain and sell bank products and services; recognize sales opportunities and refer customers appropriately.
- Open all types of consumer and business accounts.
Sales:
- Use knowledge of bank products and services to recognize sales opportunities and refer customers to the appropriate departments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain flexibility in hours and locations worked.
- Fulfill responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Keep lobby, teller, and work areas clean and neat daily.
- Open and close the bank as needed.
- Assist other departments and personnel as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Environment: Support of team environment and the bank's mission.
- Experience: Previous teller or cashiering experience preferred (6 months to 1 year).
- Skills: Communication, attention to detail, time management, organization, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, handle pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or GED minimum.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Jack Henry products is a plus.
- Other: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours daily.

- Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
