Job Summary

The Field Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners for the ClassPass platform in their local market and broader region. They build strong industry relationships, identify new studios and spas, and spend most of their workdays visiting prospects and traveling within their region.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years of presale SMB B2B (SaaS preferred) experience, focused on fast-paced, transactional sales using Field and Inside sales tactics
  • Proven record of exceeding monthly quotas and OKRs
  • Strong full-cycle sales methodology with focus on conversion rates
  • Familiarity with or connections in the local fitness, wellness, or relevant industry
  • Excellent negotiation and time management skills
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback
  • Self-motivated with proactive goal achievement
  • Experience managing a smaller pipeline efficiently with high-quality touchpoints
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
  • Resides in Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul and willing to travel within the region
  • Reliable transportation for visiting partners (10-15 visits per day)
  • Embodies ClassPass’s core values
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with fitness, wellness, or new vertical partners to grow the business
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added to the network
  • Use outbound sales tactics (drop-ins, face-to-face meetings, networking) to engage prospects, primarily focusing on Field sales
  • Attend networking events to build regional industry connections
Work Environment and Travel
  • This is a remote role; residence within the supported region is required
  • Regular computer use required
  • 50%+ travel within the region required
Pay Transparency

The base salary range is $57,000 to $69,000, with potential bonuses and benefits. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
