Job summary

Gate City Bank in Alexandria is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for a part-time, in-office role. You’ll handle routine banking transactions, assist customers with opening accounts, and help maintain accurate cash drawers while delivering an exceptional experience.

This position offers steady hours Mon,Wed,Fri 1:00 PM–6:15 PM with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM–12:15 PM, pay of $17.75–$18.75 per hour, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00PM - Closing (6:15PM)
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PM

Pay

$17.75-$18.75 per hour

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked!
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:00PM until 6:15 PM Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays!
