Gate City Bank is seeking a service-driven Customer Service Representative for our Alexandria Office. This part-time, in-office role supports daily banking services and relationship-building to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will assist with routine transactions, help customers open accounts, and ensure accurate cash handling while following bank policies and security guidelines.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 1:00PM - 6:15PM. Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 12:15PM

Pay: $17.75-$18.75 per hour

Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Alexandria Office. This part-time role focuses on day-to-day banking services, relationship building delivering an exceptional experience. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
• Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
• Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75.
• Saturday Incentive: Extra $5 for any Saturday worked.
• Consistent Hours: Guaranteed 15-19 per week scheduled for the hours of 1:00PM until 6:15 PM Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on Saturdays.
